Late payments may incur additional fees or interest
If you need to cancel your project, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and materials ordered.
All work carried out is covered by a workmanship guarantee. Specific durations will be outlined in your quote or agreement.

Any damage resulting from pre-existing faults
Delays due to extreme weather or third-party issues
